Splinter Cell Conviction Full Stealth - Diwaniya, Iraq (Realistic Difficulty) [UPDATED]

Hey guys! Splinter Cell Conviction just came out for the PC, and I've got to say it's a fantastic game. Now, I never thought that this level would be possible to ghost through, but as you can tell I've tried it and I'm glad to say that for the most part, you can remain undetected :). I have ghosted this level to as much of an extent as I believe to be possible, sometimes there are circumstances in which you can't ghost a level, but don't worry; I have noted these in the video annotations :).

PS. This is a revised version of my original walkthrough, I have employed some new techniques that allow you to complete the level totally undetected :).
