In our study of over 200 companies that are digital winners, we found one main common thread - a high Digital Quotient (DQ). Improving a company’s DQ and ability to drive growth through digital requires rethinking a business’ strategy, organization, capabilities, and culture. Some characteristics of high-DQ companies include:
